Introduction

The Global Enterprise Challenge is a national challenge involving a number of Australian teams competing in Sydney over 24 hours for a chance to be chosen as the winning representative for Australia.

Each team develops a solution to a challenge and produces a short report including a business plan and marketing presentation. The winning Australian team then goes on to compete against other teams internationally via the web.

To qualify to be selected to attend the GEC you will need to enter a team into the GEC Qualifier Online Program, held in the first term of the year. Students compete in an online simulation and also provide a solution to a challenge similar to the actual competition at the GEC. All entries are then judged and in conjunction with the simulation scores the top 5 teams are asked to compete in the 24 hour event held in Sydney.
